Yes, we deliver to nearby areas in Kuwait for only 500 fils. Outer Zone Delivery for KD 3 to KD 6. Same-day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM.

2. Where is Auto Emporio located and what are your timings?

We’re located in Shuwaikh Industrial – Zeena Street (behind Zeena Center), next to Rice & Spice Restaurant. Timings:

• Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

3. Do you offer home installation for dashcams?

Yes — we provide professional dash cam installation at home or in our shop.
Compatible with Wolfbox, Azdome, DDPAI, RedTiger, and all major brands.

4. Which dashcam is best for my car?

5. What is the difference between cigarette port installation and hardwire kit?

• Cigarette port: Safe for cars under warranty.

• Hardwire kit: 24/7 parking mode, connects to fuse box.

6. Does the Carlinkit/AI Box work with my car?

If your car has wired CarPlay which supports Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, then it will support CarPlay Devices.

7. Will wireless CarPlay or dashcams affect my car warranty?

No — both are safe and non-invasive. Cigarette lighter port installation is 100% warranty-friendly.

8. Do your dashcams come with memory cards?

Yes — most dashcams include Free 128GB or 256GB SD card, depending on the model.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept K-Net, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and Tabby & Deema for 4 interest-free installments.

10. Do you have seat covers for all cars?

We stock premium napa leather seat covers suitable for sedans and smaller SUVs. Please contact us to check compatibility for your car model.

11. Do you have floor mats for all cars?

Yes — we offer universal car mats that fit most sedans, SUVs, and 4x4s.

12. Are the products original?

Yes — all dashcams, CarPlay devices, AI Boxes, and accessories are 100% original, sourced directly from brand manufacturers.

13. Can I return or exchange a product?

Unused products in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within the 14 days return window.
Electronics must be tested before installation.
