Returns Process:

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days to return or exchange products. You have to visit our shop in Shuwaikh for all returns or exchanges.

Return the relevant products to our store in Shuwaikh in the same condition as delivered, unused in their original packaging. We will process a refund upon receipt of the returned products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for while ordering.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within one hour of having placed it by leaving us a message in the Chat with us option.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations once the delivery is under process and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
